Our Services
Comprehensive Evaluations
All physical therapy treatment plans will begin with a thorough and skilled evaluation by a Doctor of Physical Therapy. During this evaluation, we will take time to listen to your story. Together, we will identify your goals and set objective benchmarks to measure your progress.
The evaluation process will likely include an orthopedic exam to check for issues in your muscles, tendons, bone, ligaments, or nerves. For fitness-related injuries, we may also use slow-motion video analysis of you in action to better understand any issues with your form.
Personalized Treatment Plan
Unique issues require unique solutions. After your evaluation, we will create a personalized “problem list”. The list identifies specific weaknesses, mobility deficits (such as flexibility or stiffness), compensations, or painful activities. This will guide our treatment plan.
Leaning on research and over a decade of clinical experience, we will implement various interventions to address your issues and help you achieve your goals. This purposeful process typically yields the quickest and longest-lasting results compared to a traditional cookie-cutter model of rehabilitation.
